Northamptonshire's first 4 star Inn.
The Benefield Wheatsheaf Country Inn and Restaurant, a former Coaching
Inn dating back to 1659, is situated in a quiet rural location in
the village of Upper Benefield which lies in the heart of Northamptonshire’s
picturesque countryside.
We take good food so seriously that we grow and butcher our Seven Wells beef and lamb on our own farms. This ensure that your food is finest, local and you know where it comes from. Full menu and specials are available for lunch and dinner every day. Light lunch options are also available Monday to Saturday and English Roast Lunch on Sundays. Be warned, leave room, the puddings are fantastic.
Private partys, banquets, conferences and weddings from 6 to 60 people can be catered for in private rooms.
There are also 19 delightful en suite bedrooms, individually designed, with a range from traditional to modern styles.
The Benefield Wheatsheaf is run to provide guests with the perfect rural hide away, delicious food and impeccable service. The Inn and Restaurant is open every day.
The Hotel is ideally situated for
both business and leisure guests visiting Corby, Oundle, Peterborough,
Kettering, Market Harborough or Thrapston and the surrounding area,
which is rich in heritage attractions, walks and events including
Burghley Horse Trials, Rockingham Motor Speedway, East of England
Showground, Rockingham Castle, Kirby Hall and Sir Thomas Tresham's
Lyveden New Bield.
